2026 Posh Picnic

Guests are invited to enjoy a special evening outdoors at the beautiful Coxhall Gardens Cripe Pavilion tent. Posh Picnic is an inspiring fundraising event benefiting the Coxhall property and Hamilton County Parks and Recreation, presenting a creative challenge for each table of guests to design their own tablescape with themed place settings. Tables will be judged, and prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Most Posh (elegant), On the Road Again (travel), People’s Choice, and the Spirit of Indiana. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner, whether casual or elegant, along with drinks of their choice. Your evening under the stars will feature dancing and a silent auction.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early (between 2 and 4 p.m.) to set up and decorate their tables. Tables and chairs for up to ten guests will be provided, along with white tablecloths.

Time: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Early setup: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

Ages: Adults only, please.

Tickets: $75.00 per person for early registration and $100.00 per person after July 31.
