2025 Posh Picnic
Join us for an evening of fun!
The Coxhall Guild will be hosting the 7th annual Posh Picnic on the evening of Saturday, August 16, 2025. This annual fundraiser is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate summer in a setting you will help create, under the stars in Coxhall's Cripe Pavilion. The Guild will provide the 6' round table, white floor-length tabelcloth and chairs. You and your guests provide your picnic meal, beverages, and a creative tablescape. Tables will accommodate 8 to 10 guests. Transportation will be provided from the Coxhall Mansion parking lot to the event space.
You are invited to come early to set up your table from 2:00-4:00 pm. The prize categories are Most Posh (elegant), On the Road Again (travel), People's Choice and the Spirit of Indiana.
The evening will begin at 6:30 pm with a cocktail hour and tablescape voting. MGS DJs will be on hand for dancing and Jeff Worrell, our Master of Ceremonies, will be providing commentary throughout the evening. Our silent auction will open about a week before the event for early bidding and will close at 9:30 pm on the evening of the event.
Tickets increase to $100 per person after July 31, so purchase your tickets early! This party is for adults only.
